Right now, many people seek trustworthy insights and information AND they want to help, but they don’t know how. United Way makes it simple for people and organizations to be part of the solution; to come together to take action. This position provides administrative, data management, event and project support to all departments and the Board of Directors. Essential Functions · Coordinates meetings for Board and committees, such as drafting the agenda, packets, minutes and action item follow up. · Primary front desk coverage daily for lunch, breaks/meetings. · Assist in large scale meeting set up and logistics, including food/beverage, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and events. · Assists with office productions such as mailings, copying, scanning, faxing, printing, etc. · Provides event and engagement support with registration, attendance, invoicing and reporting, as needed Requirements A combination of education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. · High school diploma · At least 1 year of previous administrative support experience in an office setting.
