POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support critical operational functions across our fast-paced and growing team. This is a remote, entry-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and has strong administrative and communication skills.
This role plays a key part in helping us ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences across all touchpoints — from session tracking to communication and billing. You’ll support the smooth execution of backend workflows related to purchase orders, compensation, client insurance programs (including NIHB), and internal data management. Some evening and weekend availability may be required to meet tight administrative deadlines, particularly during payroll.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Comfort working with administrative data, forms, and basic financial documentation
  • Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot, TeamUp) is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and follow up proactively
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential information
  • Willingness to work remotely with occasional evening or weekend availability
  • Experience or interest in the healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries is a plus
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
