ADMINISTRATIVE & DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE

Support print operations and administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the printing industry. This on-site role involves data entry, quality assurance, and equipment finishing tasks like binding and trimming. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with organizational skills and print production experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry by preparing, verifying, and sorting source documents.
  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Update and manage digital files, removing unnecessary or duplicate entries.
  • Perform administrative duties such as supply fulfillment, data input, filing, and correspondence.
  • Enter and maintain records in Meridian billing system.
  • Manage inventory and replenish printing consumables as needed.
  • Provide support for finishing tasks including trimming, binding, and bundling print jobs.
  • Index documents by entering unique identifiers from folder spines and barcodes.
  • Identify and handle indexing exceptions using predefined procedures.
  • Conduct in-depth quality assurance by validating indexed files against physical documents.
  • Detect scanning issues such as misfeeds (“gulps”), poor image quality, and missing documents.
  • Annotate and escalate quality issues for resolution.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed following service protocols.
  • Comply with safety and security procedures on-site.
  • Perform duties independently or in collaboration with team members.
  • Provide backup support for coworkers during absences.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
