We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, supporting various administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic files.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed to support various departments.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data and assist in data retrieval for stakeholders.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Greensboro, North Carolina, US)
