Inafix Ltd is a small, friendly, and fast-paced team based in Shaftesbury, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative & Service Support Assistant to join us.
This varied role goes beyond traditional admin, you’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the business while also playing a vital part in our customer relationships, scheduling, and business development. Full training will be provided.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in admin or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales (not essential)
  • Confident communicating with customers and suppliers.
  • Confident in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Drive
  • Great at multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Have a proactive mentality
  • Familiarity with SIMPRO (advantageous, but training provided).
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate job bookings for our engineers.
  • Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and service plan renewals.
  • Order materials and equipment to support operations.
  • Help maintain service schedules and monitor customer contracts.
  • Support business growth by engaging with new and existing customers.
  • Provide customer aftercare
  • Raise and reconcile purchase orders
  • Assist with light marketing tasks and social media when needed.
