The Administrative Director Medical Practices develops short- and long-term strategic plans that cover practice operations, financial performance, and growth, working in conjunction with Franciscan Physician Network (FPN) Vice President, Physician Medical Directors Hospital Presidents and local physicians.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree Healthcare Administration (Business) - Required
• 7 years Admin of Physician Practice - Required
• 7 years Multispecialty Physician Practice - Preferred
