YOUR ROLE

As an Administrative Employee Operations A at CEVA Logistics, you are the link that keeps our operational processes running smoothly. You monitor progress through our automated systems, spot potential bottlenecks, and step in to support the Warehouse Supervisor when needed. Together with your colleagues, you ensure flawless administration and contribute to a well-organized, efficient daily operation.
Working in a dynamic logistics environment, no two days are the same. You thrive on variety, enjoy solving challenges on the spot, and take pride in making sure everything behind the scenes is perfectly arranged, so our operation on the floor can perform at its best.
You’ll work in shifts from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00, giving you both structure and variety in your working week.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of administrative and operational tasks that keep our warehouse running at its best.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Monitoring and controlling the progress of operational activities in our automated systems;
Identifying bottlenecks and discussing solutions with your supervisor;
Preparing and executing specials while maintaining smooth internal communication;
Receiving and processing orders, checking and handling documents according to guidelines;
Processing inbound, outbound, and returned goods in the system;
Maintaining and correcting article, location, and master data;
Performing and registering stock counts;
Solving inventory issues such as shortages or incomplete deliveries;
Reporting deviations and differences to your supervisor;
Taking on other administrative tasks as needed.
