This role blends administrative support, executive assistance, and client coordination with the chance to manage not just the business, but the owner’s personal schedule, too. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly—inside and outside the firm.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
Full-time (32–40 hrs/week) | Overtime during tax season | $18–24/hr ($37,440–$49,920) | Remote-friendly with occasional in-office needs
