Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Monitoring the expiration of vital documents (trade licenses, registration for company cars, tenancy contracts) and preparing the necessary paperwork for renewal.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, renewals, etc)
  • Maintain employee records and related information with utmost attention to privacy.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, exit clearance, final settlement, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
