Description

We are looking a well-organized, proactive, and presentable Administrative Executive with a background in the fit-out or interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of UAE experience, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven administrative capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in an administrative role, preferably in interior design / fit-out industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and procedures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor at all times.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
