Description
Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and effective PA support to the Director. - Plan, organize, and arrange corporate and personal travel itineraries and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas. This includes ticket and hotel bookings, visa processing, booking other transportation, and handling other documentation related to travel. - Travel with the Managing Director four times a year to destinations such as Europe and Japan. - Manage the Managing Director's personal schedule, emails, phone calls, and letters. - Prepare and submit expense claims. - Update the Managing Director on the status of issues before scheduled meetings. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: - Possess a local Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline. - 1-2 years of related experience preferred. - Good interpersonal skills and service attitude. - Mature disposition with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. - Organized, meticulous, and responsible. - Display a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently. - Able to travel internationally.
