REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support our management team and daily operations. You will oversee administrative functions, coordinate across departments, and help ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office administration and support management in scheduling and coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records in compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Assist with HR support, including onboarding, records management, and training coordination.
  • Handle inquiries, correspondence, and office supplies management.
  • Support company events, meetings, and ad hoc projects.
