About the job

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer receives timely and professional support.

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, patient, organized, and comfortable handling customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other available channels.
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders, and company procedures.
Handle customer questions, requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Record customer interactions and update information in the company system.
Process customer requests and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Track orders, deliveries, or service requests and provide customers with updates.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve customer requests.
Follow company customer service standards and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Assist with preparing basic customer service reports when required.
Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales support, or a similar position is preferred.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Additional languages are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication.
Experience using CRM or customer service software is an advantage.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate calmly and professionally with customers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
