Administrative & Financial Accountant Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Modality: 100% On-site Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-driven Administrative & Financial Accountant to support financial and administrative operations in an international environment. This role requires close interaction with business owners and company directors, providing financial visibility, insights, and support for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain accurate accounting processes using QuickBooks. Prepare periodic financial reports for General Management. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards. Perform reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closings. Manage international invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes. Propose and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes. Support general administrative and office operations (vendors, services, supplies). Requirements Advanced English (mandatory). Strong experience working directly with business owners or company directors. Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Business-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach. Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative and financial roles. Valid passport and U.S. visa (required).
