Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Inside Sales Coordinator to support daily operations, inventory control, and CRM development in a wholesale electrical distribution environment.

Eco Lighting & Electrical is a Calgary-based independent wholesaler and contractor specializing in LED lighting, electrical products, and control systems. We serve commercial, industrial, residential, and horticultural customers with innovative, energy-efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role starts with a strong focus on administration, purchasing, and customer support, and will grow to include inside sales and CRM / inventory system development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle office administration, order entry, and data management
  • Enter receipts, bills, and transactions into the accounting system
  • Maintain customer and supplier records
  • Support accounts receivable and payable
  • Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
  • Receive goods into inventory and update records
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock control
  • Provide front counter, phone, and email customer support
  • General showroom merchandising
  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Support showroom merchandising
  • Assist with CRM and inventory system development (Zoho Suite)
