Administrative Intern: Under the mentorship and guidance of the President & CEO, the Administrative Intern will support and lead a variety of projects across Main Line Health, collaborating with multiple departments, functions, and stakeholders. Work collaboratively with minimal supervision to manage assigned projects and deliverables, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound judgment. Partner with project sponsors to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring timely completion and thoughtful evaluation to build management‑level competencies. Participate in high‑level meetings related to strategic planning, community health improvement, budgeting, quality, patient experience, and other operational priorities, as assigned. Apply project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma principles, to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational goals. Develop core professional and leadership competencies, including business acumen, organizational communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level professionalism. Position: Administrative Intern Shift: Full Time, 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday Duration: 10 weeks Experience: Interested applicants must be enrolled in an accredited (Ex: CAHME, CEPH) graduate program pursing a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Nursing (MSN), or another health or business-related field.
