The ideal candidate will have previous Law Firm experience at some capacity; however, this is an entry level position wherein you will be required to assist and provide administrative support to Legal Assistants and Attorneys. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into more of a full-fledged Legal Assistant position. This is a great opportunity! Requirements: · Prior Law Firm experience and/or an interest in working in a law firm preferred · Have strong communication skills · Possess great Customer Service skills · Be computer savvy · Experience using Microsoft Office 365 · Have strong attention to detail · Possess a great willingness to learn and grow Duties: · Prepare correspondence and format pleadings · Act as back-up Receptionist when needed · Assist with the calendaring · Create, review and maintain electronic and physical case files · Assist in tracking projects · Enter Attorney’s billable time · Prepare check requests · Other duties as needed Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K and much more.
