Job Description We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead administrative operations and office management for a complex, large scale infrastructure programme. This role will ensure efficient coordination of administrative functions to support project teams and senior leadership. Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role Proven experience managing administrative support within large projects or corporate environments Strong organisational, coordination, and people management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects is highly advantageous Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage Key Responsibilities Manage day to day administrative operations of the programme office Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and support personnel Oversee document management, correspondence, and office procedures Coordinate meetings, logistics, travel arrangements, and events Ensure effective filing systems and administrative processes are maintained Support onboarding, facilities coordination, and office services Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders as required Monitor administrative budgets and resource requirements Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
