The Role: The Administrative Manager is responsible for the daily administrative management and operational support of the Nanyang Institute of Management ("NIM") and Nanyang Training Services ("NTS"). The role coordinates the organization of training programs, manages administrative affairs, and supports communication with external partners to ensure the smooth implementation of various training courses, study tours, and international collaboration activities. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and execution abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide solid operational support for the high-quality delivery of the school’s training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and Operations - Oversee daily administrative affairs and office operations of the Nanyang Training School. - Assist the Dean and management team in implementing the school’s work plans and initiatives. - Manage administrative policies, procedures, and document/records systems. - Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain administrative documentation. 2. Student & Client Services - Manage trainee registrations, information records, and daily communications with participants. - Assist with trainee inquiries, course arrangements, and related support services. - Help maintain relationships with partner institutions, corporate clients, and university collaborators. 3. External Coordination and Event Support - Assist in organizing forums, lectures, press releases, and exchange events hosted by the school. - Support administrative aspects of branding and promotional activities. 4. Information and Materials Management - Assist with updates to the school’s website, promotional materials, and internal information. 5. Other Duties - Perform other administrative tasks and project support duties assigned by the Dean and management team. Requirements: - Degree in Administrative Management, Education Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative management or training institutions/business schools, or international program operations is preferred. - Strong organizational and coordination skills with effective execution ability. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation. - Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment. - Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Basic administrative management and project coordination capabilities.
