What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Supporting Project Managers and the team with administrative tasks.
✔ Managing office communications, emails, and documentation.
✔ Assisting with scheduling, record-keeping, and report preparation.
✔ Helping with office bookkeeping and daily operations.
✔ Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
✔ Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
✔ Handling clerical duties and keeping things organized.
✔ Working independently and collaboratively to support company success.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proficiency in G-Suite & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Excellent multitasking and time management skills—you know how to prioritize!
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills—you’ll be the go-to person in the office.
