REQUIREMENTS:

  • In Office location in either Glendale, AZ or Sugar Land, TX office, with no WFH
  • Overnight travel to other markets (TX, NM, CA, AZ)
  • Experience in leading multiple teams in different geographical locations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management and/or Healthcare or equivalent experience/education combination
  • Skilled in collaboration amongst multiple levels of managements and staff
  • Effectively lead, train, organize and mentor others
  • Respond timely and effectively to all calls, emails and texts
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • HIGH attention to detail, impeccably organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Hold staff accountable- address problems/issues and provide corrective action timely
  • Resiliency in processing feedback, taking responsibility and adjust as necessary
  • Learn quickly, be driven to achieve results
