To support its growth, Servisem is looking for an Administrative Manager to handle order processing, inventory, logistics coordination, and customer service.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, is essential.
  • Education in administration, management, or relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Experience in logistics and/or inventory management is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Enter purchase orders and contracts into SAP.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the direct point of contact with seed producers.
  • Manage data entry and administrative processes in SAP.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Prepare documentation for inspections.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain administrative files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline administrative processes.
