Description

Key Responsibilities


- Oversee daily administrative operations, office management, and support functions.

- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and service providers.

- Lead, supervise, and support the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Coordinate meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and internal activities.

- Manage administrative budgets, expenses, purchasing, and vendor relationships.

- Maintain accurate administrative records, documents, contracts, and company information.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other departments on administrative matters.

- Support onboarding, employee services, and workplace-related activities.

- Monitor office facilities, maintenance, security, and health and safety requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

- Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and performance updates for management review.


Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of experience in administration, office management, operations, or a related field.

- Previous experience managing or supervising an administrative team is preferred.

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong knowledge of office administration, vendor management, budgeting, and workplace operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
