Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes, workflows, and documentation practices. Support large‑scale project execution, including project coordination, tracking timelines, and managing administrative deliverables. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project requirements. Oversee procurement activities, vendor coordination, and service agreements; familiarity with SAP Fieldglass is an advantage. Prepare reports, presentations, and project summaries for management review. Manage office budgeting, expense tracking, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with company standards, governance requirements, and operational controls. Handle escalations, resolve administrative issues, and propose continuous improvement opportunities. Support onboarding and logistics for new hires during peak project periods. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative management, preferably within large or complex project environments. Strong organisational, coordination, and process‑optimization skills. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently. Experience in large project setups or supporting major transformation/implementation programs. SAP Fieldglass experience is a strong advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
