Position Summary Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and project management support for a highly active and rapidly expanding academic portfolio across International Programs, Global Outreach, and Continuing Dental Education. Support a continuous cycle of academic program development, participant recruitment, onboarding, educational delivery, special events, international visits, and post-program follow-up across multiple active programs running simultaneously. Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, strong cross-functional alignment, and effective execution of strategic priorities. Key project manager for initiatives across all three areas, managing timelines, tracking progress, ensuring accountability, and aligning operations with institutional priorities. Manage executive calendar, domestic and international travel, financial oversight, budget, event planning, participant hosting, and on-site execution of educational and clinical activities. Provide direct support to the Assistant Dean by managing priorities, preparing briefings and summaries, participating in key constituent meetings, and ensuring appropriate follow-up and implementation of strategic initiatives. Support recruitment and hiring processes, personnel coordination, resource allocation across departments, and adherence to institutional policies and procedures. Support the continued expansion of academic offerings, participant enrollment growth, and the overall operational and financial success of the departments. Qualifications Required Education:Bachelor's Degree Required Experience:3+ years relevant experience in operations and business management; project management, managing budgets & expenditures or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Strong organizational skills, discretion, adaptability, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—including spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools and financial processing platforms. Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $84,700.00. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
