JOB DESCRIPTION Administrative Manager of Teacher Education   Longy School of Music seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Administrative Manager to support the Master of Music in Music Education (MM/ME) & Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) programs during a paternity leave coverage period (August–November). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage course registration, add/drop, and grading processes in Jenzabar  * Coordinate student and faculty communications regarding academic timelines  * Support course setup and troubleshooting in Brightspace  * Attend weekly cross-functional meetings with marketing and program leadership  * Assist with coordination of the Changemakers professional development series  * Provide general administrative and operational support to MM/ME & CAGS programs  QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in higher education administration preferred  * Strong organizational and communication skills  * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and systems simultaneously  * Experience with student information systems (Jenzabar, Banner, or similar) preferred  * Familiarity with LMS platforms (Brightspace or similar)  TIMELINE * Training: mid-late July  * Estimated Coverage Period: August 24 – November 22
