Description
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative functions and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate industry, a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to support various departments, including sales, marketing, HR, and operations. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment. Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Manage and maintain all documentation related to off-plan properties. Coordinate with developers for renewals of agreements. Ensure all records are properly maintained and compliant with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and company policies. Develop, implement, and optimize office policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with sales teams to support documentation. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to real estate transactions and company operations. Manage office budgets, expenses, office supplies Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and internal communication. Liaise with external partners, government bodies, and service providers as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate brokerage industry in Dubai. Strong understanding of real estate documentation, RERA/DLD processes, and brokerage operations. Proven leadership and team management skills.
