What You'll Be Doing Develop global travel policy and strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. Negotiate with airlines and hotels to secure discounts and flexible cancellation options, while driving cost control and conducting ROI analysis and cost management. Lead the integration of travel data with expense control and financial systems, create data dashboards, track compliance, costs, and satisfaction, and optimize based on data-driven insights. Drive the digitization and automation of travel processes to enhance efficiency. Assist employees in making reservations in accordance with company travel policies, showcasing strong skills in international travel booking and problem solving. Support the completion of ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
