The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Sales, Planning, and Operations teams at Divine Events. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic event-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, tech-savviness, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities with precision.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, or creative industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up with precision
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and event management tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and smartphone
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tech-savvy; fast learner on new technologies, applications and systems
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting tools
  • Advanced problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management platforms
  • A passion for events!
