GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Administrative Marketing Assistant provides essential administrative support to a marketing team, handling tasks like scheduling meetings, creating marketing materials, updating databases, assist in coordinating events & photoshoots, assisting with day-to-day marketing operations and data entry, often requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software applications efficiently execute initiatives.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists in the development and maintenance and marketing calendar and schedules
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to proof marketing copy and set up of products and services on websites, emails and social networking sites
· Execute poster distribution for Sales Representatives
· Facilitates sample line distribution to Sales Representatives in accordance with seasonal line sheet
· Collaborate with Manager to create, schedule and publish content posts and videos across all social media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
· Assist in the building and distribution of email marketing campaigns
· Monitor and engage in social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and engaging followers
· Following maintenance of a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posting schedules for all 3 lines
· Updating line sheets weekly to coordinate with our NuOrder platform
· Assisting with marketing events (photoshoots) including set up/breakdown, garment prep, and meal logistics for events
· Supports with execution of emails for marketing campaigns
· Oversees and processes customer reviews on multiple platforms (Yotpo, Instagram)
· Contribute and work two bi-annual warehouse sales
· Collaborates with other team members for any special projects
· Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:

· Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 3 or more years of experience as an admin assistant and marketing.
· Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Proficiency with office productivity tools including Microsoft suite, Klayvio & shopify a plus and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
· Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
