ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and organized multitasker who’s excited to combine administrative skills with marketing creativity. If you enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, managing tasks efficiently, and contributing to social media and branding, this role is a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Keep customer info organized and up-to-date in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Help lead our marketing efforts with email campaigns and social media posts
  • Design simple graphics or banners for promotions and social content
  • Support basic accounting tasks like invoicing and payment tracking
  • Assist with general office tasks, scheduling, and coordination
  • Use Excel to create and manage simple formulas and reports
  • Occasionally respond to customers or route inquiries to the right person
