Job Description: Administrative Medical Assistant Duties & Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a courteous/professional manner. Answer telephone promptly and direct calls accordingly. Maintenance and routing of electronic patient documents. Fulfillment of Medical Records requests. Outbound patient calls, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, hospital follow-ups, monthly patient check-ins. Assist with referrals and prior authorizations. Medical Assistant Float - rooming patients, vitals, chart prep, injections Front Office Float - Check In/Out, Insurance Verification. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
