Transform Lives, One Home at a Time Location: North Andover, MA 01845 Employment Type: Full-Time or Part -Time Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Qualifications & Skills High school diploma/equivalent (related education preferred) 1+ year administrative experience (healthcare/clinical preferred) - Medical Assistant certification preferred Strong organizational skills English fluency; bilingual candidates encouraged Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Monitor and manage office and medical supply inventory Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately Greet and assist patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and document management Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity Medical Orders & Documentation Support Process, track, and document medical orders accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate with clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate patient records in electronic and/or paper systems Ensure all medical documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to appropriate team members Why Work With Us?
