Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings. * Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner. * Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. * Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible. * Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. * Assist with the management of office supplies, including inventory tracking and placing orders. * Provide general administrative support to our team of tax professionals as required. * Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
