Our client, a boutique international law firm located in downtown Miami, FL would like to offer a full-time job to the best candidate for the Firm's Administrative Office Assistant position. The ideal candidate will be able to speak and write in Spanish. The position requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn and be a professional representation of the firm. General responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining the inventory of all office supplies, planning team events and celebrations, sending invoices to clients and following up on open invoices. Specific law firm administrative experience in creating engagement letters and opening new client matters is a major plus. Must be tech savvy and enjoy being a part of a small and mighty team! This position requires working in the office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies. Additional duties include planning team events and managing invoices.
