Commencing in January 2026, we are seeking a capable and resilient Administrative Officer to support the School’s complex Academic operations. This role provides direct administrative assistance to the Deputy Headmaster – Academics and provides an important interface across the wide range of operational, and governance functions associated with curriculum, timetabling and teaching and learning aspects of the school.
The Curriculum Office oversees academic daily organisation, production of academic processes, policies and documents and the functions associated with both external credentialing organisations, NESA and International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO)BO, managing the School’s database, timetabling software and Learning Management System, as well as NESA and IBO platforms. Working with the Deputy Headmaster - Academic and the Directors of Curriculum, IB Diploma Programme, Professional Practice, Research and Academic Administration oversee best practice in student-centred learning and staff professional growth.
This role provides professional administrative support, to the Deputy Headmaster - Academics and the various elements of the Academic Office including responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the high level of professional standards of both the office and school, which in turn delivers professional and efficient services to both internal and external key stakeholders. This role works collaboratively with their respective Director/Manager and the Senior Academic team and other Administrative specialists across the organisation.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders, including our students, parents, teachers, leaders and the various professionals that work in the school and supporting organisations and other members of the School community who collectively bring deep commitment to the growth of the students in our care. Navigating this environment successfully requires emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and a confident, grounded approach to interpersonal dynamics.

This is a full-time, position (38 hours/week, Monday to Friday), working 44 weeks of the year (4 weeks unpaid and 4 weeks annual leave). The role is based on-site however on occasion some flexibility in working arrangements may be afforded.

The anticipated salary will be dependent on the knowledge, skills and attributes of the successful applicant, within the range of $81 - $85K gross pa plus 12% superannuation.
