Your Responsibilities Monitor official deadlines in our patent annuity database and update client specific portfolios Handle all client related requests via phone, email and/or online portal with professionalism and discretion Act as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests Communicate patent related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally Your Profile (First) working experience in an administrative service oriented role Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Ability to work in a team as well as independently Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines Very good communication skills combined with client orientated thinking Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluency in English and very good command of German is mandatory (written and spoken) Join and grow with us!
