We are looking for an Administrative Officer with strong organizational and financial administration skills to support our growing international operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with accounting and expense management systems and is comfortable supporting multiple entities in a structured, detail-oriented environment. This role focuses on keeping our financial and operational administration accurate, compliant, and well organized. As an Administrative Officer, your work will support the financial and operational backbone of our organization, enabling our teams to focus on delivering environmental impact. What You’ll Be Doing You will support day-to-day administrative and finance operations across multiple entities. You’ll work with modern finance and expense tools, assist with bookkeeping processes, and ensure that records, invoices, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Support financial and administrative operations across multiple entities Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time Maintain bookkeeping records using Exact Online Manage expense workflows and approvals using Payhawk Maintain organized records of suppliers, contracts, and documentation Support reporting and administrative overviews for internal teams Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency Ensure compliance with internal procedures and basic financial controls Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor that align with the scope of this role Proven experience in an administrative, finance support, or bookkeeping role Solid understanding of invoices, expenses, and basic accounting principles Experience working with digital finance or administration systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience with Exact Online or simular bookkeeping tools Experience with Payhawk or similar expense management tools Experience working with multiple legal entities or international organizations Relevant qualification in administration, finance, or accounting At Green Earth, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
