Job Purpose: This job involves managing office administration, handling purchasing procedures, coordinating between field staff and other departments, and providing administrative support to Directors and Manager Key Result Areas: 1. Take all internal & external meeting minutes that C-Landscape will be the secretary. 2. Organize appointments and meetings in coordination with C-Landscape team and/or outside Business units. 3. Coordinate with all C-Landscape departments & Outside to follow up any task as concerned with C-Landscape. 4. Make accommodation & Ticket reservations for HOD for business trips. 5. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. 6.Oversea various administrative tasks, like organizing paperwork, maintaining office suppliers, making travel arrangements, creating reports, managing expenses, and more. General: To ensure all administrative work is smooth and promptly organized. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, General management, Finance, Accounting, or related field). Valid driving license. Prior experience in a secretary or administrative role is an advantage Good command of English, both spoken and written, is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail Effective time management skills Adaptable with strong analytical skills Strong problem-solving ability and ability to identify issues effectively
