About the opportunity We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated person to join the Outpatient Clinics (OPC) Reception Team at WMH. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative duties involved in the Outpatient Clinics. This includes working with the electronic referral system CRM, iPM and QFlow supporting the outpatient journey working closely with the nursing / midwifery and medical teams. You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital. 1.0 EFT Full time with an ADO HS1 Classification Flexibility with the roster to cover planned and unplanned leave What you’ll bring: You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
