About Us Palliative Care South East provides palliative care in the southeast metropolitan region of Melbourne. We support people with a life-limiting illness to live well and, in doing so, provide support at home to improve the quality of life of individuals, carers and families. Our specialist palliative care services are provided to people of all ages, free of charge, in the Local Government areas of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong and part of Kingston. The Role To provide high quality reception duties for the organisation. This position also includes medical records, data management and accurate maintenance of client related documentation activities, as well as providing other administrative support for the organisation as required. The Administrative Officer works as part of the administrative team in a customer service capacity to ensure the timely and efficient response to all incoming telephone calls and is the first point of contact for visitors to the organisation in keeping with PCSE’s provision of high-quality services to clients and their families/carers. This is a Part Time, 12-month fixed-term Contract.
