Contract Period: Permanent / 2-Year Contract   Work Location: Sheung Shui   We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Accounting and Business Support Branch of North Region Department. Reporting to the Manager - Accounting & Business Support, the appointee will be responsible for the following major duties:   * Supervise a team of administrative staff to provide administrative services and supports to line branches, e.g. leave administration, staff claim/standby/work related allowance administration, master key management, system/access right administration, handling customer inquiries, managing correspondence and project files and office supply procurement, etc. * Coordinate with Hong Kong Police Force to apply for the Closed Area Permit for the department. * Liaise with internal business units and/or external parties to establish and maintain an effective channel for communication and information flow within the department. * Coordinate the audit health checks for the team to ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. * Streamline the administrative processes and develop improvement initiatives. * Provide advice and support to line branches to ensure all daily work processes are carried out in compliance with Company’s code of practices and power system requirements. * Provide logistic support for departmental activities and Company events. * Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor as and when required.   Requirements: * Preferably degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline with 3 years’ relevant experience OR Higher Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent plus 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language with 5 years’ relevant experience * Sound interpersonal skills and strong front-line leadership * Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, organized and able to handle multi-tasks * Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English * Familiar with the office support required for distribution operations would be an advantage * Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with Oracle and/or artificial intelligence application would be an advantage   ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
