Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Join our diverse Provider and Carer Payments Team within our Adults’ Health and Care and Children’s Services directorates, and develop a career in administration and finance, whilst making a real difference to the lives of Hampshire residents. We are committed to creating an excellent customer experience for both our care providers and our service users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Accurately resolve complex financial queries and ensure care payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Deal with a high volume of queries via our email inbox, authorise payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Help improve our current processes and policies.
  • Build supportive and collaborative internal and external working relationships with customers and colleagues.
