Responsibilities
Ensures Superintendent Rooms are equipped with all necessities prior to check-in
Conducts routine checks on building facilities and liaise with maintenance departments for repairs
Liaises with Sky Café on weekly menus and reservations
Verifies charges from Sky Café
Liaises with cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of Customer Office (CO1)
Acts as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Provides reception support for Customer Offices (CO1 & CO2) when required
Assists with bookings and management of meeting rooms in CO1 as needed
Assists in issuance, reactivation and cancellation of EPI cards for customers
Assists to raise Purchase Requisition via SAP
Assists in the management of keys for furniture and doors in CO1
Bicycles for customers – manage a pool of bicycles for customers, liaise with Security and Co-op for plates and plate mounting service, and arrange servicing when necessary
Supports Customer Office 2 (CO2) operations when required
Monitors cleanliness, usage and pantry inventory; raise requisition when necessary
