REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to develop good working contacts and good relationships with customers
  • Willing to undertake other assignments when called upon
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, handling and managing customers’ complaints, ability to co-ordinate and organise levents and functions
  • Bachelor of equivalent in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of customers relations experienceTraining will be provided

Responsibilities
  • Ensures Superintendent Rooms are equipped with all necessities prior to check-in
  • Conducts routine checks on building facilities and liaise with maintenance departments for repairs
  • Liaises with Sky Café on weekly menus and reservations
  • Verifies charges from Sky Café
  • Liaises with cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of Customer Office (CO1)
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
  • Provides reception support for Customer Offices (CO1 & CO2) when required
  • Assists with bookings and management of meeting rooms in CO1 as needed
  • Assists in issuance, reactivation and cancellation of EPI cards for customers
  • Assists to raise Purchase Requisition via SAP
  • Assists in the management of keys for furniture and doors in CO1
  • Bicycles for customers – manage a pool of bicycles for customers, liaise with Security and Co-op for plates and plate mounting service, and arrange servicing when necessary
  • Supports Customer Office 2 (CO2) operations when required
  • Monitors cleanliness, usage and pantry inventory; raise requisition when necessary
  • Provides assistance during events as required
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager
