About the Team:  Reporting to the Coordinator, Student Resources and Planning, you will join a collaborative and supportive team within the College of Arts, Business, Law, Education and IT at Victoria University. The team works closely with academic and professional staff to deliver high-quality administrative support and an excellent experience for students and stakeholders across the College.  Position Details: The Administrative Officer provides high-level organisational and administrative support to senior management and the broader College team. This role is responsible for delivering efficient and professional administrative services across a range of operational activities, including meeting coordination, stakeholder support, scheduling, event administration and maintaining key systems and records. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the position plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the College.
