We’re on the lookout for a highly organised Administrative Officer with experience in finance to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 1 year)
  • Basic experience in finance or bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Admin Officer at Bellamianta, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide essential support across departments, particularly within finance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a passionate and innovative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General office administration and clerical support
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and financial record-keeping
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers as needed
  • Help coordinate internal communications and scheduling
  • Provide administrative support to management as required
