  • Provide effective administrative support for the daily operation.
  • Operate and maintain software systems to produce reports, data entry and management of data.
  • Cover reception duties to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist the Development Manager with day-to-day tasks.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION DUTIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and young people, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain IT systems, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Produce reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the office software and ICT systems.
