Airdrie Sheriff Court are looking for 2 x administrators to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Administrative Officers carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court or provide support to other functions within the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
Some of your responsibilities would be;

To undertake a number of general administrative duties including:

  • Processing and distributing incoming mail to colleagues which comprises of writs, summonses, simplified divorces, enquiries and other documents.
  • Creating and updating records on our in-house computer system and data input
  • Producing court documents
  • Preparing files for court hearings
  • General photocopying and filing
  • Dealing with numerical calculations
  • Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
  • Undertake light portering duties as required
