Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Citizenship & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is central to the smooth processing of global citizenship program files and the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The right candidate will be dependable, process-driven, and comfortable handling sensitive documentation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Citizenship & Case Processing • Manage and process global citizenship program files end-to-end • Review, organise, and track documentation including passports, IDs, and application forms • Maintain accurate case records and monitor submission timelines • Follow up with clients to collect missing or incomplete documents • Ensure compliance with program requirements and internal quality standards Daily Office & Administrative Operations • Handle DEWA processing and related utility administration • Liaise with Shiny for licensing documentation and regulatory approvals • Manage government-related paperwork and coordinate submissions • Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems • Provide general office coordination and administrative support Support senior team members with document preparation and compliance tracking • 1–2 years of experience in citizenship, immigration, or documentation-heavy administrative roles • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential documentation with discretion • Highly detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven working style • Strong organisational and time management skills • Reliable and committed to a full-time, office-based schedule • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
