About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily administrative, with additional responsibilities in ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally
  • Handle daily transactions (cash and card) and prepare invoices
  • Maintain and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Follow up with the Shipping & Receiving team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Schedule and coordinate simple deliveries or pick-ups when required
  • Perform data entry and other administrative duties to support the office
  • Assist in other operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Comfortable handling both customer-facing and back-office tasks

Compensation
$45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
